Confessions of a Solo Founder
The unfiltered, week-by-week journal of building a SaaS business from scratch. What's working, what's failing, and what I'm learning along the way. No theory. No highlights reel. Just the real thing.

What you'll get every week
What actually happened this week in my business. Revenue, outreach, product decisions, mistakes. All of it.
One concrete takeaway from the week that you can apply to your own build. No fluff, no "10 tips" energy.
What I'm doing next week and why. You'll see the decision-making process in real time.
This is for you if...
You're building a SaaS product solo (or mostly solo) and want to see someone else's real journey
You're tired of polished "build in public" threads that only show the wins
You want to learn from someone a few steps ahead, not a guru selling a $5,000 course
You appreciate honest writing over growth hacks

Why I write this
Most "build in public" content is polished after the fact. The wins get amplified. The failures get reframed as lessons learned on purpose. I wanted something more honest: a real-time record of what it actually looks like to go from zero to paying customers as a solo founder.
Every issue includes the real revenue numbers, the decisions I made that week, and the reasoning behind them. When I make a mistake, you will see it before I have a neat takeaway. When something works, you will see the context that made it work, not just the result.
The goal is simple: if you are building something solo, you should be able to read this and feel less alone in the process. And maybe skip a few of the mistakes I make along the way.
